You asked for it! Returns are now even easier, with flat rate return costs for all Australian orders and selected international orders, shipping labels sent straight to your inbox, and faster return processing times.

As always, you’re welcome to return your neuwdenim.com order within 30 days of delivery if it’s in brand new condition with all original tags attached. 

Full priced items can be returned for a change of mind refund, exchange, or online store credit. If you purchase a full-priced item using a limited promotion or discount code, this is still considered eligible for a refund.

Markdown items listed as ‘Sale’ can be returned for a change of mind size exchange or online store credit only, unless deemed faulty. 

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Faulty / damaged items must be assessed and approved by Neuw Denim before returning for refund, credit, or exchange. Please contact us to report any issues with your product first.
