These shorts are a great (super flattering) leg length. Short enough to be fun, long enough not to ride up, and sit at just the right mid-thigh point. However, they are high waisted (not mid-waisted as described). They're also not rigid denim (they have a small amount of stretch, which is, frankly, welcome). But sadly, I'll be returning them because they have a button fly unexpectedly (which I avoid because they never sit right). It would be great if Neuw worked on providing descriptions that included information like which fits have a button fly, and greater accuracy, and in the meantime I'm adding this so people don't waste postage money unnecessarily.
